By accessing LilyXAI, you agree to be bound by these terms. The platform is provided under a master services agreement with each council or organisation.
LilyXAI is a private SaaS platform. Access is granted only to approved users for legitimate public service workflows. Sharing credentials is prohibited.
AI responses are decision-support, not decisions. All consequential actions require human review. LilyXAI is not liable for unreviewed automated decisions.
We target 99.9% uptime with planned maintenance windows. Detailed SLAs are governed by your organisation's contract.
Either party may terminate per the master services agreement. On termination, customer data is returned and securely deleted within 30 days.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
